Yes, the Bible was written by men. Much of it describes what they believed to be true about God but had no proof. Then there are parts of the Bible that are true, such as the Exodus from Egypt, the Ten Commandments, the building of the temple in Jerusalem, the life and teachings of Jesus, the history of the Jews, and the Roman occupation of Jerusalem. Still, it was written by humans, who unlike God, are falliable, and so it is filled with innaccuracies.
However, this does not mean that there is no God. There is a God, but we shouldn't take the Bible as His (Her?) literal word.

True. Also consider when Aaron and Miriam gave Moses a piece of their minds for some of his stunts. Only Miriam was struck with leprosy, not Aaron. A little sexist there, God?
There are so many holes in the bible's teachings that you can drive a truck through it:
If God is all-knowing, why did he create people, stick them in a garden and tell them 'don't eat the fruit' knowing fully well they would be curious (geeze, who created curiosity there?) and then be all upset and horrified that they did. Then God feels pained because he has no choice but to send people to hell who reject him (didn't see that one coming i suppose... but wait! who created hell? someone who created the universe in 7 days could not create an alternate place without weeping and gnashing of teeth for people who are otherwise decent people but they choose to have sex outside of marriage?) and then only way He can find a way to forgive people for telling white lies is to kill his own son. And not just kill him... have him undergo a long, drawn out painfully excruciating death...
God freaks me out more than anything. If we treated our children the way God treats us ('his way or eternal damnation), we'd have them taken away by the authorities.

God is of neither gender. In order to come to Earth, He assumed the form of a man so He could relate to the people here on Earth. He chose to be born of a virgin because He is pure and sinless.

Someone who begets a child is a father. A father of children must be male. God begat Jesus, that makes God a father.
God created mankind. That makes God our father.
Those who believe in God are called sons of God because they have been given the power to become such; male or female.

You try to read the Bible in English. There are so many of you people! Look to the Hebrew and Greek when things like this come up or you will reveal your ignorance every time. Sheesh!

You got it wrong there, pal. The Holy Spirit was the source behind Marys virgin pregnancy...who was just doing Gods will. If you want to talk about a "god" who has an attraction to virgins, look no further than Islam.

I would suggest you look up the definition and utility of the rhetorical device known as anthropomorphism.
Also, you would do well to understand what fallacious equivocation is.
Here are links to both concepts:

God has both feminine and masculine qualities, but he tends to express himself in the masculine most of the time through his actions. "He" is the pronoun of the day, nothing more than that.

lol. Sex is so important for humans to 'go forth and multiply'. I don't understand their obsession with making it 'dirty'. Weird.
