5] ideal male shoulders should form a nice wedge to waist so your armpits would be at same distance [ width ] as your hips

tanks- whenever i wear them they make my shoulders look broader but obviously since I'm a girl i don't like that so i stick to halters

do weight lifting but the only and massive disadvantage of this is that it effects on your health when you get older my advice to you is take it easy slow and steady...
