Whether it was in Iraq, Germany or the US.
Link is below.
But it doesn't break in down, into how many died in Iraq, vs how many died in Germany or the US.
And yes, all casualties are included, no matter where they died.

I've seen your other questions here, and I must say, you are being unfair.
This question simply isn't clear.
It's impossible to know whether you're looking for information about a specific person, or you're asking for help finding the statistics you're looking for, or you're making a comment (which violates the guidelines and purpose of this site).
Anyway, you got an answer from one person above -- those deaths are included in the U.S. death toll numbers.

You can if you look (see below).
Your question implies that you doubt the casualty reports. No one is playing games with this stuff. If a Soldier DOW it is counted as a war casualty.
