I often give automatic thumbs-up to many of my Christian friends here. Primo, Mama224, and ddking37 -- among others-- are always eligible.
There are a select few who receive automatic thumbs-down, though. I even thumbs-downed (?) someone whose first sentence in a response was, "I agree with Deke".
If we're answering the same question, and I don't agree with their answer, I'll not do anything.
I'm not against leaning towards agnosticism. It's just not for me (anymore).

I give thumbs up to any respectful answers that actually answer the question well, regardless of the answerer's beliefs. I'll give thumbs down to rude or disrespectful answers. I'm sure we've all seen a few. I also call myself an agnostic, but I feel it's pretty close to atheism. After all, I've rejected all the world's religions, too. I just can't take it to the next step and say there is no God.

Yes, and I feel their answer was humanist. I am not agnostic according to dictionary.com the word agnosti means
–noun 1. a person who holds that the existence of the ultimate cause, as God, and the essential nature of things are unknown and unknowable, or that human knowledge is limited to experience.
2. a person who denies or doubts the possibility of ultimate knowledge in some area of study.
–adjective 3. of or pertaining to agnostics or agnosticism.
4. asserting the uncertainty of all claims to knowledge.
I don't feel that the question of the universe is unsolvable nor do I believe that a God created anything.

Yes, if they have a correct and complete answer.
I'm a weak agnostic atheist, I qualify for both weak atheism and weak agnosticism.
I think strong agnosticism is as good as saying the supernatural exists, as their position is no matter what we
uncover we can not understand the supernatural.
I think we now have a clear picture of the evolution of religion from polytheistic to monotheistic, and most organized religions disprove themselves. I don't see any evidence to give deities any other more thought than any other archetype that could come out of the human mind.
I think that while strong atheism is not a illogical as claiming a deity as fact, it uses the same false logic.

Yes...
but only when they use logic or facts to back up what they are saying...
I'm an atheist because I'm sure there is no god...
but I lean towards agnosticism in that "i wish there were"....

I don't rate answers according to a persons beliefs, I rate the quality of the answer. If I don't agree I just simply do nothing--I don't like giving a thumbs down to anyone.
I'm happy as an atheist, I don't need to lean towards anything else.

Yep. When they are well thought out or funny. Heck I've even given Fireball one or two.
And I am not absolutely against it. It is a rational position. I just think that it is logically the same as being unsure if the Tooth Faerie or Odin are real since as far as I can tell they have the same evidence.

Yep, pretty frequently. They often tell the fundies off. Or recognize when one of their own is just being crazy.
Well, agnosticism is kind of an on-the-fence answer to religon. It asks no questions and the only answer is "I don't know." But at least they admit that they don't know, which is more than can be said for most deists/pantheists/athiests. (Including me, of course.)

1. Many times.
2. Agnosticism doesn't describe my experience. I don't see the basis for saying I'm not sure whether or not gods exist when I've never found any evidence suggesting they might.

Yes. Well stated points get thumbs ups. And Debra always gets thumbs ups.
I have an atheist mindset. I don't think there is a higher being. I don't know for sure, nor do I care, so I classify myself as an atheist, but if you want to put me in a different group so be it.
