Because Bush found one country that he can't sh** on, they
hate Bush just about maybe as much as I do. He tries to run over people , the first time he went to Russia old ignorant stated that Putin and himself were partners. Putin got on the TV immediately and let it be known that they were not partners, No Way, Shape , Fashion, or Form. He stated I don't know where he came up with statement because I really have a distaste for him. The first time Bush and Laura went to England and spent the night in the Queens palace , they ask her what she thought about Bush. She stated," I find him , not very intelligent." On her trip last month he had her 200 years older that she is, that is so embarrassing, WHEW.

Lately, Putin has been calling the Bush administration on breaking the non-proliferation treaty of 1973 and starting a new Arms race. The Bush administration does not like it when people don't trust them or when people don't go along with their agenda.

Yeltsin was a reformer, Putin is ex-KGB. That's at least as unlikeable as ex-CIA George Bush I.

Putin is nothing more than a gangster and a bully who's afraid of anyone standing up to him,so he'll just crush them with his political power.Hugo Chavez of Venezuela is the same way. But people like them always, and I do mean always ,end up getting what they truly deserve.

It's because he's a dictator. Why don't you do some research on Putin's reign in Russia? Start with how he removed any semblance of a free press.
