You have not described exactly what you mean by "torture".
If it is physical violence that you can prove, or there are witnesses, you can make a Police complaint, but you should be able to substantiate your accusations.
In any event, make a very specific Complaint in writing to the Chairman / MD of the bank with 'cc' to the person immediately above the person who is troubling you. If you are a member of the Union, give them a copy and demand that they take up the issue immediately.

Too bad you are not where I come from.
Many years ago a gung-ho game warden
came up in our area of the mountains
and began ticketing and fining everyone
for the most minor offenses; stuff the normal
people had been doing for generations to survive.
Well, after a few months of his monkey-shines
he just disappeared one day, never to be heard from again.
Law officers are just people who serve the people.
Most of them are a great help, but officers like
the one you describe definitely need an
"attitude adjustment".

nicely, i'm nevertheless ambivalent relating to the entire waterboarding situation. in many circumstances, i think of that torture should not be used, yet i will understand the terror of an immanent probability to the country, and that i even have little or no sympathy for could-be mass murderers. Now, arguably, the form says no cruel and unusual punishment, yet torture isn't punishment; that's interrogation. That being stated, the genuine question is not any rely if or no longer we broke the Geneva convention. i'm compelled to assert that we probable did. So mutually as I relatively have a tricky time being sympathetic relating to the torture of those men, I ought to assert that i think of the US ought to abide via the treaties it warning signs.

Your officer in-charge is a mean person… you will find the same attitude in most of the people around you… that is the reason why foreign banks like ICICI, Citibank etc are flourishing… nationalized banks should run regular refresher courses for them to develop right attitude…
You should not have indiscriminate expectations from him… lead a normal life… and do not take anything to your heart… keep cool… and ignore and tolerate his ill-treatment…

You should keep a record of all the things the officer has done to torment you, that way you can have proof and easy access to what has happened....then you should contact the police & a lawyer...he should be fired for doing such actions, that way you can continue at your job without him torturing you.
