For sincere christians I am confused? Today the McCann parents are seeing the Pope and for the past few weeks in every church, irrespective of denomination and whether Protestant or Catholic there have been prayers to God through Jesus Christ Our Lord to try to find the little girl. But god seems to have failed to do HIS jobl? The same thing happened over the Soham murders with Prayers over them too in almost every Church in the UK until those two lovely litle girls were found horribly murdered in Lakenheath! God did not save them either? . Yet we hear if Huntly becomes a Christian his sins will be forgiven and will go to heaven because Christ has suffered for his sins too, just like us? So those of us who believe(d) in an all merciful God "who so loved the world" ....are we wrong? Is there no God after all? If not where has HE been these past few weeks = on holiday? And where when Huntley committed his crime = on holiday? And where was he on 9-11 and 7-7 ? Tell me please!

I think answer is "NO" But I too am confused about this. The Lords Prayer says "deliver us from evil" and "Thy Will be done". I would certainly like a genuine Christian to answer the excellent points you put, and particularly whether Huntley will indeed go to Heaven in their belief if "he believes in Him" before he dies. But I hear a deafening silence from all those who rush into print about the love of God when anyone posts a question on Yahoo Answers about the tarot or psychics. being agents of Satan etc.. WHERE ARE YOU ALL? Are you all on holiday too and evading your responsibilities just like the McCanns were when Madeline was taken?

The best way to get back your ex is https://tr.im/yJuWL

Here's the hard part: Pretend she never existed, like it was all a dream, don't call her, that will make you the smaller person, be the bigger person since you deserve better, what she did to you on Valentines Day was immature, especially after dating for four years. This person wasted allot of your time and through it out the window. Go out tonight, even it it is only yourself, don't drink and call or feel sorry for yourself, this will only cause you embarrassment! I know your hurting..This will eventually will go away in time. Today is not a good day for you and your emotions are spinning all over the place.

Please, whatever you do, don't answer her calls and don't call her. If she keeps calling, which she pro bally won't, don't return her call for 5 days. Make her sweat and DO Not get back together right away if you discuss this in 5 days. Tell her since she Broke up with you, you have done allot of thinking, and had the taste of "being single again" and you would like more time being "friends" for now, so you are sure you are making the right decision. Remember "She decided she didn't want to be with you" so the door is open for you to get out and see what you have been missing for four years. You honestly need to do this for yourself.

She doesn't know, but what she did was give you the best valentines day present you will ever get! A new start and a new beginning, use it to your advantage. You will look back on this and Thank God this happened now instead of 4 more wasted years of YOUR life. Today does suck, stay Strong and I promise you your life is going to be so much more exciting and you are going to be happy. If you continue to call and call her, she will think of you as needy and won't want you. She is going to rethink what she did to you today and will be hurt, if you act like you could care less. Girls always want the ones they can't have. That is who you are now to her. Let her suffer, realizing what a mistake she made. This will drive her crazy. Right now she is on cloud 9 thinking you will take her back, OH, is she stupid!

Your life isn't ruined, hers is..She lost someone special, and gave you a gift to let to live life and find someone you deserve. You are not getting back at her, your teaching her what an idiot she is and what she lost and what you gained without her. SO when You eventually talk to her, tell her thank you for what she did...
She will be hurt and you will be happy!

I think that you may be confusing God with either Santa Claus or an automatic teller machine...

We are not guaranteed that prayer is some way of commanding God to do what we want. Is God a puppet and all we have to do is pull a string to get our demands? That is more or less the logical implication of the way you state things.

Prayer is a communication with God. We are told we will get answers. We are not promised that we will always get what we want...

Only in Heaven are believers told that there will be no pain or tears. In this world we are going to have pain, sorrow, sadness, all as as result of the logical outworkings of the fall. We are sojourners in this life. It is not our home, it is our journey.

G.K. Chesterton said "for the Christian, joy is central and sorrow peripheral, because life's basic questions are answered. For the atheist, sorrow is central and joy is peripheral, because life's basic questions remained unanswered..." (Or something very close to that quote...)

As to where was God? Look at the broken, tortured body on the Cross... There was God, and we put him there...

Soli Deo Gloria

Another reiteration of the "problem of evil". God gave man free will, without which man could not truly love God. However, man can misuse that free will, including twisting something that might be good, such as religion, into something that is evil. Until the unbeliever can show that a universe with love (even though it entails the possibility of evil) cannot be better than a universe without love (even though it entails no possibility of evil), then the "problem of evil" argument will always falter. It is not God who caused the human suffering and so forth, but man's misuse of free will. Whether one brings up evil as a whole or specific acts of evil, the answer is going to be the same and until countered, it is sufficient.

I would think that Jesus would have been able, when he walked the Earth, to have prayed and found from prayer where the girl was being imprisoned.

So I'd have to say it is possible for a christian or group of christians to pray and receive revelation on such a matter.
Its bleak, but she may already be dead. We all have theories.

To have a really good prayer life probably requires disciplines such as doing fasting ... not much fun, but they do according to testimonties I've heard allow for breakthrough into great faith and direct revelation from God ... you've got to be really committed to it. I've not yet wanted to pay that price. Do you (and remember you need faith in God to get answers)?

God does allow wickedness. Wicked thingsd are not done by god. They are done by humans, either individually or in groups, large and small.
God allowed amn to use their free will and we continue to use it to this day.
In the future god will fulfill his promises he has made to all humans in the bible that he will bring a 'new heavens and a new earth' .2 peter 3.
When a child dies and a priest tells the parents that 'god needed another angel' or , their siblings are told ' she is with god now', this is totally rubbish.
If it is Gods will for us to die then why were Adam and eve made with life eternal the prospect.?
When a child is taken to be an agel by god does this not show a complete disregard by god towards the loss and hurt and pain on the part of the parents who have no reasons for their loss. Logically, god is not the one who does these things.
God's kingdom will bring relief wholly in the future. For now our relief is in accurately knowing his word, his purposes , his promises and the everlasting good news of his kingdom.

God the daddy does not answer prayers that are opposite to the His words as spoken by skill of His Son Jesus. God in straight forward terms solutions prays that help us triumph over the failings of this worldwide and the purposes of our own flesh. it truly isn't any longer approximately what others do to you, it truly is approximately what you do for them. a new child isn't something extra advantageous than a spirit who's flesh physique has no longer grown yet, they are like sponges, they are taught the traditions of adult men, or they are taught of God by skill of God. . .

God talked to those parents long time ago, kids are a gift of God, but if some one is willing to change that gift of God for some food. As it was the case of those parents leaving that kid in a hotel room alone to go get food. Like leaving a bird in a lion's cage. Only proves one thing,

(Figuratively) Romans 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but RIGHTEOUSNESS, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Why is it that man is not willing to accept responsibility for the mistakes. We must perfect ourselves in the love of Christ, the love of God. And be one with God.

Why is it that people believe in human democracy but they do not believe in God's love and free will !! When you need your earthly father, must he come to you? or must you go to him.

We all feel sorry for her mistake and if God is love and righteousness, Do you hold more love than God in your heart?
We were made in the image of God and lower than Angels. so if your son went to live with one who became your enemy and even become his servant, will you pass the boundaries after you have set him free? or will you redime him with an offer and wait for him at home. And what if he still do not want to come? and your patience is ended because the offer was in vane? won't you destroy your enemy and your son (that is not anymore to your eyes) for the sake of your house?

Want to know how to get your ex back? Change yourself. Don't worry about changing other people, worry about changing yourself. Go to https://tr.im/zNG6L

Once you do that then you can start to worry about getting back together with your ex, other wise you will find that you are fighting about all the same things and getting no where. Do what it takes and I promise things will work out in your favor.

The funny thing is I came to the realization that I had to change a little too late. After I was kicked out and after I was about to lose the only things that truly mattered to me - her love. A funny thing happens when we truly love someone and lose them. We do what ever it takes to get them back. For me I had to drop bad habits that had caused not only our relationship to sour but practically every other relationship I had had in the past. Not only with women, but with friends, co-workers, family, you name it.

Which is why I say to you as my ex at the time said to me, the only thing you can do is change yourself. Work on yourself and improve on the person that you already are. Drop the negative things in your life that don't belong there and you will see all of your relationships start to take off to new heights.

My friend I know how frustrating that may seem but keep in mind that when Adam invited sin into our world that sin brought serious consequences to the human race. Mans inhumanity to man, murder, decease etc. Yes God can and does intervene countless times on our behalf but sometimes he chooses not to do it the way we want him to.

Remember when Adam made his choice to go against the wisdom of God he increased the authority that Satan has. This authority would have been utterly devastating to the human race. However God (the Father)sacrificed his only Son to limit and ultimately negate the power of Satan.

Remember if God (the Son) was willing to suffer death on the cross for Adam and our failings what makes us think that all of us will escape harm. Please understand that Jesus has risen and He will show himself to be reliable in your life just continue to trust him and he will renew your faith,
