I one day would like to create my unit special forces unit Fox. Is this even possible even after 30 years of service in the marines?

There has to be a special purpose for the special force, hence why it's special. For instance during the 70s when hostages were taken left and right, Delta Force was created. To speed up the process, people in other special forces were picked to serve in this force.

The U.S. already has all the special forces it needs, but other countries don't.

Many Latin American countries are too poor and corrupt to operate large forces to break the backs of gangs and drug cartels for instance. That's where you could focus your energy. Probably a 1,000-2,000 man force could serve most countries.

The SWAT Team, Rambo, Universal Soldiers, Terminator the list of them of many. Pic and choose. Ask the Hollywood and they tell you all the strategies.
