Quinoa is my new favorite hippie food. Easy to make, and a more interesting substitute for rice, which I have never liked. I like to make pilaf with it or serve it under baked chicken and pour the drippings over it, yum! It's also a nutritional powerhouse of a whole grain, with protein, calcium, phosphorus, and lots of vitamins.

i eat healthy all the time
fat free yogurt it could be any brand breyers axlerod dannon store brand yoplait or la yogurt any love strawberry any way with banana or kiwi love vanilla and peach and black berry and blueberry and raspberry is all great love them all flavors

Chicken fajita wraps. You can get lo-cal spinach wraps, they are good and you don't feel guilty. They are filling too!
