assuming your not in a shop with a pressurized flushing system. The easiest thing to do is:
wait until the vehicle is cold then carefully remove the radiator cap, once the cap is removed look on the bottom on the radiator for the petcock (drain plug) loosen the plug. Most petcocks are attached to the radiator so don't be surprised if you cannot remove it completely. After draining the anti freeze grab a hose and fill it with water (just let the water run ou the bottom) after you've done this for a minute or so, tighten the petcock fill the raditor with water and cap the system. Start the car and let it run for 10 min this will circulate the clean water a help "flush" the system.
The turn the car off and let it cool. Once the system has cooled and depressurized you can remove the cap and drain the water one last time. Then just cap it off and fill with anti freeze.
A few tips. Be certin the the system is not pressurized before removing the radiator cap. To do this squeze the upper radiator hose, if you can squeze it together there should be little or no pressure and it is safe to open. However this doesnot mean that the fluid isn't hot so please use cation.

Also when buying anti freeze make sure your buying the right stuff (red or green) and pay attention to the direction on mixing it with water. Most require a 50/50 mix with water but you can buy the pre-mixed stuff as well.

Hope this helps

There are a few ways to do this. First being you can do it yourself. There are multiple coolant flushes at your local parts store that you can use. Dont really remember the exact instructions though. You can just drain the coolant from the radiator at the bottom then fill it back up. If you have an oil change place close to you, call them and ask how much to do it. They hook a machine to your radiator hoses which forces all the old coolant from your engine and radiator and pushes new coolant in at the same time. It uses your engines own pressure so you dont have to worry about it causing anything to burst unless your cooling system is already in bad shape. If the radiator is in bad shape you can have it backflushed which basically just runs the coolant through it backwards which clears up alot of the dirt in there but that's kind of a last resort. Hope some of this helps.

You'll need a huge toilet. Sorry, couldn't help myself. OK, with the engine cool remove the radiator cap. At the bottom of the radiator will be a little wing nut type screw that you'll turn counter clockwise. The radiator will begin to drain. But most of what you want to flush is in the engine block not the radiator. You'll want to flush this out. So, with the cap off & the screw draining place a hose into your radiator with cool water running in slowly. Start the engine. Oh, you should be catching whats been draining so that some animal doesn't come and lap up the sweet antifreeze. Allow the engine to idle with the drain draining until nothing but clear water comes out. Stop running the water in. Allow all the clear water to run out and VERY briefly idle your engine to evacuate all the water from in it. Turn the drain clockwise tightly and refill with the proper antifreeze, coolant, mixture. youre done.
