If 'some' refers to "some christians" ~ it's either they haven't been taught by the Spirit yet, or they have strayed away from the truth.
However, it shouldn't surprise you that those that are not christians don't believe most of what the Bible says. It is not for them. The carnal mind cannot receive the things of the spirit, they are foolishness to it. The Bible is written by inspiration of God and is not open to any private interpretation. For prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
So, the Bible is a spiritual book ~ it needs spiritual minds, carnal minds cannot profit from it. It is just not possible.

I believe He can, does, and will send signs and visions. No Christian should doubt that. The tricky part is that Satan is a deceiver, skilled at masquerading as an Angel of Light. So we need to carefully reference SCRIPTURE whenever we see signs and wonders, so we are not led astray by the enemy. If we follow man-made doctrine, we can and will be led astray.
