Don't worry about a thing; in 2 month's time you'll have plenty of time to lose your weight. I suggest eating a lot less, about 950-1000 calories per day (focus mainly on fruits, vegetables, and protein..no carbs or sugar filled stuff). Also drink about eight 8 oz glasses of water per day to wash down what fat you have left.
As for a stomach exercise, jogging or running is always a remedy because it targets your whole body...especially your stomach. So if you jog about 45 minutes per day, and do a pre-strength training warm-up for 10 minutes (it could include crunches, weight lifting, push-ups, and pull ups.). Do this for 2 months, and you'll be fitting into your dress in no time!

You CAN tone any area, that is make it more muscular, however, you cannot target weight loss.
Understand the difference?
For toning, that is, muscle conditioning, you can do exercises that work that area. Ex: push-ups, for upper body TONING, and crunches for midsection TONING.
For weight loss, you have two main options. Cut your carbs to close to zero, like in the Atkins die, OR you can cut your calories way back. For BOTH options you will want to exercise as much as possible doing mainly aerobic activities.
For FAST loss that is not as sustainable the very low carb diets work. For more healthy and sustainable weight loss a low calorie diet is preferable.
If you want to lose as much as possible, keep up the water intake, but don't over do it! You can actually drown internally.
Get a jump rope, and jump as long as you can as often as you can. This will do both calorie burn, and muscle toning. Add in jogging, some push-ups, and crunches.
Finally, go with the diet that you are most comfortable with, noting that for max weight loss, low carb will get quicker results, but you have to be VERY diligent about the carbs.
AFTER the wedding, I suggest you continue the exercise, and find a diet that works for you. Find a way to make it part of your life!
Good luck!

I've lost 30lbs by not eating at night. Not even dinner. It's not easy, but it's worth it. I eat everything and anything I want for breakfast and lunch, and maybe something small in the afternoon (not a small meal, just a small snack with protein, low sugar). I'm not saying you should eat all junk food, but make sure you get your daily calories by the time lunch is over. Nothing at night, and within a few days, you'll feel less bloated, and lighter. It may take awhile, but it's the only thing that's worked for me and I've been trying to lose weight for 7 years! Avoid the dinner table, I used to make dinner for others, but I'd walk away while they ate. I'd keep myself busy during that time. On a special occasion, maybe once a week, eat dinner, just make sure you get back on tract the next day.. Oh, and make sure you eat lots of fiber!
Turbo Jam is my favorite workout! I only do it once in awhile, it helps tone once the weight is gone.

I do not know yet about the arms but for the other weight gain, try drinking green tea. I have also been taking some hoodia green tea pills that i bought in wal-mart and i have surprisingly been losing weight. Walking is always a sure way to lose weight, though.

For the hundreth time, people, you can't spot-tone. It's impossible.
The good news is, the arms are the area where women lose weight the most quickly. So get on that treadmill or bike and get 30 - 60 minutes of cardio daily. That's the only thing that will help with your middle, as well as doing 15 minutes of crunches every day.
