There is no harm in using anti-aging products at a young age. Prevention from a young age will work better than trying to reverse aging upon reaching middle age. Use anti-aging products, do not smoke and avoid prolonged sun exposure to the face and eyes. This is the biggest cause of aging in young people.
If you're tanning your face you might as well throw away the anti-aging product. Wear a moisturizer with SPF anytime your eyes/face/neck will be exposed to the sun, continue using your anti-aging product and your skin will stay youthful for a long time to come.

Yes, it's better to start now and prevent problems than to wait for them to show up. I'm 25 and I've been using anti-aging creams since I was 21.

Better to use a sunscreen based one, or stay out of the sun. And don't smoke, it gives you wrinkles more than anything other than the sun. some skin care for wrinkles will damage your skin, as that is how it works, killing off the dead skin so new skin can show through underneath. Not required for 20 y.o 's.

age 20 should not be bad, In my opinion it is suitable. I would not reccomend it for anything under 20 though.

It wouldn't be recommended to use them because they probably won't work on you, at such a young age. But if you have wrinkles, you pry would want to use them. But other than that, I don't think you want to look like you're ten.
