Religion too many times has mans laws, rules in it. And there are always exceptions at times. The land laws should be followed.
That is why when one is born of God, they have freedom from the law. They instead get indirect direction from the written law. But choose to die to the flesh & follow after the Spirit. God writes Gods love & laws in our soft spiritual hearts.
See we can try to go by laws and make additional law to go by that God never even commanded. Then we get into self righteousness & criticize others for doing anything we think we shouldn't do. One example is praising God in tongues. Some say it should only be done in church & in that order. Refusing that people pray in tongues in their prayer closet. So, this is humans adding laws. It is written in the bible to not refuse anyone to speak in tongues. So, even if a church made a law (a baptist church did do this) I would still pray in my prayer closet building up my most holy faith praying in the Spirit.
As Christians we follow after the fruit of the Spirit; faith, hope, love, joy, peace, patience, truth, etc. There is no law against this. So, any man made law that makes a law against this, doesn't need to be listened to.

I agree with you...although I am a practicing Christian myself I am responsible...on the other hand I have a grandmother who has wasted her life away and been irresponsible and thinks that she should just wait on God to move in her life...she acts like she has a ministry and some dumb people actually donate to her cause...what is her cause? I have no idea. She has used God and Christianity as a crutch since her divorce from my grandfather (over 30 years ago) so that she doesn't have to work or do anything else...so yes some people use religion as a reason to justify their irresponsibility

Paganism promotes personal responsibility. It requires members to be responsible for the beliefs they choose to adopt and the actions they take. Pagans are also responsible for deciding who is the Deity, and the personal relationship with the Deity.
Other religions can blame outside forces, but Paganism puts a strong emphasis on the personal responsibility of the individual.

No, we are still responsible for our actions and non actions. God helps those who help themselves. Some believe in a "once saved always saved" concept and that that gives them the right to sin all they want and not have to be responsible for it. That is a wrong concept. Salvation is an ongoing process, not a one time thing.

All evil comes from Demons its in the Bible, Some people blame all there problems on the devils just like some people blame all there problems on the government.
It doesn't make them always right or always wrong. It just means they are comfortable passing the buck.

yea i know what you mean.
people dont like to face the reality of their own messed up lives..so when something goes wrong they make themselves feel better by thinking that it was the works of somethings else.
but i feel that a lot of things happen for a reason.
