Thou shall not steal...where is THAT written?

Many in our "progressive" society where anything and everthing goes...here's one for you, and tell us about your "belief" system, and how it breaks down with this scenario...

When you get your car stolen, or your house broken into, or your bank accounts are wiped clean...do you when you go to court, and claim that the Bible is just hogwash, and you would like the person to go home, since anything more than that would be "forcing" "your" religion on them?

Now remember, before homicide was on the books as a crime, it was legal...

No, your question is hogwash.
Laws/rules protecting personal property are not exculsive to the bible, anyway. Ever heard of Hammurabi's Code?

"Thou shall not steal" is not an idea that is exclusive to Christianity. It is a phrase that far outdates it, especially in the Code of Hammurabi. It's not like we needed Christianity to come along to tell us that taking stuff that doesn't belong to us from other people is bad.

This is nothing more than a thinly-veiled "our laws are based upon Christian principles" argument.

You lose, kthxbye.

The God Yahweh has allowed and taught us to strengthen and kill or as He calls it "sacrifice" the "sparkling" or "healthful" animals, birds, fish and bugs that He wrote down interior the e book of Leviticus financial disaster 11 for foodstuff. He does not evaluate this as murdering those creatures. Which vegetarians are incorrect in thinking this way. I do have faith inspite of the shown fact that that He does not help human beings killing any animal the two sparkling or unclean for game in basic terms without purpose on eating them. Which He mentions this to Noah after the flood. those in His protection rigidity that kill are no longer appeared at and categorised murderers via the God Yahweh. Civilians that kill in self protection are no longer seen murderers via God. people who relatively learn Yahweh's be conscious will how you will appreciate the version.

WOW,

Most of that is Natural Law, not Religious Law.

But our Laws reflect our morals as a complete society, not just any one faith or Religion, there are anti-abortion Atheists and Pro-Abortion Christians.

Peace!

I don't get it. Are you defending breaking the law or are you being sarcastic?

Your "question" is more of a rant and frankly doesn't really make any sense.
