Lets make some things clear:
If we take the numbers as correct, this means that 10000 Albanians were killed during a war conflict (meaning armed conflict by Serbs and Albanians and NATO bombing along the way). There is nothing that can justify innocent victims, to be clear. You did not list Serbian causalities during this period.
Then 1300+ Serbs were killed AFTER Serb troops removed from Kosovo and NATO came in. At the time there was no war conflict. That all were clear murders - ethnic cleansig. You should also add number of Serbs that had to flee from Kosovo governed by NATO and Albanians.
Does Serbia deserve Kosovo after innocent Albanians were killed? No.
Do Albanians deserve Kosovo after what they did to Serbs? No.
What now?
And, by the way, Serbia lost 1/3 of the male population and 1/4 of the total population during WWI... if you want to play with numbers.

From 1975-1985 1.3 million Serbs are bundled from Kosovo. So Serbia deserve Kosovo and Albanians deserve to go to Albania. Kosovo is Serbian land more then 1000 years and the proof are old Serbian monastery all over the Kosovo. (ask UNESCO) Serbs are not Indians and today nobody cant steal the land like 300 years before. Your numbers are not correct. For example if somebody comes to your house here in America and say go away it's my house what you can do? You have a right to use your gun and blow up his ***. So why Serbs don't have the same right. Albania is aggressor and on Kosovo is a new kind of war never seen before. Who's the innocent and who's the victim?

According Your question or detail that You supply - You must be there when all that cases are made (question is on which side) - but to ask if SERBS deserve own territory - it is little bit problematic, because this way we can ask if European deserve USA soil after killing (genocide?) native Indian there - or same we can ask many more countries.
I think that SERBIAN really deserve that land not because they fight for it with many European aggressors, but because they defended it against Turkey long time ago. Now, if someone again want to take it from SERBIAN - I think that same can defend it again.
Let's talk about Your evidence about DEAD people of KOSSOVO - (not important who they are, SERB or Albanian) - according evidence that I know - from 1946 till today more SERBIAN are killed than LOCAL (Albanian, Croatian, Roma +), and after this small genocide on SERBIAN population, I think that SERBIAN fully deserve this land.
In the end - I will answer just one:
Today still people are dead by force inside Kossovo - that mean:
Who owe/control Kossovo today - absolutely DON'T DESERVE IT!
And one more fact - Albanian living inside Kossovo have his own mother country - Albania.

When the war began half the male Muslim population fled elsewhere to avoid fighting. Chickens do not deserve to be rewarded.
Now these wretches are in the US. For example the Kosovars illegal immigrants were caught plotting to murder US soldiers at Fort Dix.
Serbia should get to keep Kosovo.

Kosovo belongs to Serbia. Only reason they had a major crack down that resulted in thousands of deaths was because of the KLA terrorist activities. When dealing with Muslims security forces need to use terror otherwise they have a situation like whats in Iraq, Lebanon, and Palestine.
