For atheists to have a partnership with the Devil, they would have to first believe in God as well. It makes no sense to believe in/worship the devil if you don't believe in God.... I have never heard of this before. So the answer to this question is no. I think atheists just don't believe in God--they don't believe in the devil--and probably don't believe in a creator period... which makes no sense either.

After all, a partnership requires a partner and the devil's nonexistence disqualifies him from becoming a partner. Corporations, on the other hand, exist only on paper. Just like god and the devil.
