The stick-on bras seem a bit scary at first, but I used one when I was bridesmaid for a friend and it actually worked out great. Comfortable, stayed in place, and gave a needed "boost."

I used those sticky ones that look like real skin. Naturals I think they are called. Anyway, you put the stickers on the inside and when you attach it to your chest, and pull the clasps on the front together it gives you great clevage.
There are also some strapless bras that have a clear back strap--I know Victorias Secret has them. That way it wouldn't be seen between the laceup back.

Try the stick on ones first. They will stay in place and provide a better result than the ones that are sown in. You can get them at JCPenney or Dillard's and they aren't too expensive. Buy them in plenty of time to do a trial run.

They do make bra cups that can be sewn into the dress (that way you don't have to worry about the visibility on the back)....i'm sure that they make some w/underwire--uncomfortable, yes, but sometimes necessary! Check w/your seamstress who did the work for you, maybe she can advise you on what little "trick" could be done.

A padded strapess bra would do the trick.

Also , there are some skin toned silicone pads that you can put in. They stick to your skin and won't fall out.

There is an old trick to use tape while holdig your breasts together and creat the appearance of cleavelage.
Good luck and congrats

I think your best bet is to wear a push up bra, something that's going to give you some cleavage. Go to lingerie stores like Victoria's Secret or Fredrick's of Hollywood and tell them you're looking for a bra that's going to give you cleavage for your wedding gown. I'm sure they will help.

Or you can even try a corset, that will definetely give you cleavage.

Whatever you use, make sure you are comfortable. That's the most important part.
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding.

You can get "friends" (the cups that you put in a bra) at walmart for a few bucks or you can spend more at a bridal shop or lingerie store for them. They really help pump up the cleavage.

My seamstress sewed in push up cups into my dress. It was backless so I couldn't wear a bra and needed something to hold me up. I think it only cost $20
