Who specifically founded religion? That can't be pinpointed, it likely spontaneously sprung up in different regions where humans were living thousands of years ago in communities with spiritual needs and questions.

I think that you're confusing religion....and belief. While they might seem similiar, they are not. Belief is how you see the world around you as it relates to a higher power and is completely personal, religion is a man made institution for the worshipping of any particular deity with accepted rules and doctrine.

Religion and salvation are two entirely different things. Religion is man's attempt to reach out to God. Salvation is God's hand extended to man. Salvation is what counts. God provided for our salvation when he gave his son to die for our sins.

why not believe Jesus?=yes not religion
and Jesus has a better answer=Yes, and Isaiah said all our self righteousness is as filthy rags
why not care about the Muslims and pray for them

Revelation 3:19&20 now Jesus is my savior and best friend-as he says=
"I love you and knock on your heart door to come in, deliver from sin and be your friend, if you ask me in."
