Sometimes the position in which you sleep can have an effect on neck and head pain in the morning. Sleeping on your stomach can add pressure to your neck which can cause headaches. Try sleeping will a full pillow (thin ones do not offer enough support) and either on your back or on your side with enough pillow support to keep you neck and head aligned. If that doesn't work, see your doctor.

One likely cause is an allergy to something in the air like mold or pollen that is giving you a sinus headache. Try a decongestant along with a pain killer like ibuprofen and see if that helps your headache. Try a little caffeine and drink plenty of water.

You could be dehydrated. Try and drink at least 2 litres of water a day. Not all in the evening as you will be peeing all night.
