I sometimes feel paraniod that I will lose all that I love. Then I remind myself, that because I give, I am given to. Because I help, I am helped. Because I love, I am loved. What I give, I receive, and I put good vibes out, so I don't attract loss.

funny, i have stuggled with this as well. life is hard. i never really understood it until a string of what seem like endless 'traumas' have occured... anyway, i have been asking questions lately that i would not have been able to ask before all of this happended. before all of it happened I believed that i would have peace when the bad things happened...but when they did, i had the opposite of peace...actually what i had was fear and anxiety and probably some depression (i felt like i was at the very bottom of bottom).
some people are able to make it through be focusing on different things. however, sometimes even that isn't enough.
...to know that someone cares has somehow brought me the most peace through it.
i am not sure if you have gone through some tough things or if you fear them. as for fearing that everything that you love will be stripped away...that is tough...and the only thing that i can say (for me) that has helped (and I would say in a very real way, several things that i loved have been stripped away.)...what has helped it to focus on the promises of what i do have. i think this could be true if you are fearing that it would be stripped away (which in my opinion is just as hard as having it stripped way). but, even in doing so, some things are just hard...having others who care around you and promises to cling to have been the only way for me.
i have wished there could be a guarantee that everything would just 'work out' for everyone. but unfortunately, that is not a promise we have. that fact at times has been almost impossible to accept, but it is all i have. the only way to stop the 'paranoia' is to trust promises...which i have also learned is not always an emotion, but just something i trust based on fact alone. trust it isn't always a 'good feeling' like i thought it would be but an choice that you make, reguardless of your feelings.
hope that helps...i am curious to see what others have to say about your question...good question!
i wish i had a better answer. but i do hope things start looking up for you soon...many times it does!

Martin Luther King said" You have nothing to fear but fear" Fear holds you back and traps you into a vicious circle of illusions. Concentrate on the good you do have in your life! Don't dwell on the bad. I have been where your at. I just let it go and let God. Fear keeps you in a state of suspension waiting for the next crisis to arrive. Think about something that makes you really happy and laugh.Positivity always beats negativity. Focus all your attention on the good you do have and be grateful and thankful for all you have. If you can do that the universe will bring you more things to be grateful and thankful for. You must have faith that things will get better! Blessings!!!

The fact is good things can't come and stay to anyone. Your paranoia is rooted in fact yet if you let it control your life you will have no life left. Personally I believe that there are bad days and good days and that they cycle, so don't get upset if your having a bad day or lose a loved one because there are good days and more friends to have down the road. Cheer up.

God loves you and you need not worry. Look at Mathew 6:25-34. Jesus is telling us not to worry.
Today my life is from Glory to Glory, triumph to triumph, success to success, because my Father God cares for me. Sure I have minor set-backs but like it says in Psalm 30 "weeping may remain for a night, but REJOICING comes in the morning."
Every day is a good day, some are just better than others. It all depends on your attitude.

Do you mean Paranoia??
I think all people feel that way, once in awhile....Everything is going fine so, whats gonna happen to muck it up! things happen in everyones life...its not just yours to endure...I really feel the same as you from time to time...I really think it is just human nature to believe something bad will happen..No ones life is perfect...
I am sure that's just a dream to think everyday will be OK .....Peace

Worrying is wasteful of the happiness you feel today. Who knows but God what lies in store for me tomorrow. But I'm enjoying today. So far so good, thank God for that.
