I need advice on weather getting breast implants or not. I am a 36B and my boyfriend says they look good. but i would prefer a little bigger size like a C size. i am 5'5" and weigh 120lbs. I know the bigger the boobs the hotter you look should i do this to look hot for him.

why would you only want a girls opinion??? There are sooo many women who are self conscious about their breasts and I have no idea why (so they're going to be on your side) you should be asking for the male opinion, bigger does not mean better, and with your body size you should not go any bigger than what you have. Besides natural breasts are much better than fake ones.

I am a mammographer and I have felt/touched hundreds of breasts with implants. I don't like them at all. The majority are hard to the touch and are not pleasing to the eye. About half of my implant patients regret their decision. Interestingly enough, almost ALL of my breast reduction patients say they would do it again. The other problem I have with implants could be even more important. It is much harder to find a breast cancer on mammogram films when the woman has implants. The implants cover the majority of the breast tissue. The look like big white balloons on the film. If there is a breast cancer under that white balloon, you will never see it. If you absolutely are decided to get implants, have them inserted behind the chest wall. It won't interfer quite as much with your mammograms that way.

Plastic surgery is not something you should do for someone else, but only yourself. If your breast size really bothers you, talk to a plastic surgeon about how the procedure works, the cost, how much time the surgery will take and how long you will be laid up, and how much it costs. Do all the research before making any sort of decision. This would be very pricey to do, and if you changed your mind after the fact, implants would probably cost more to remove.

I don't think you need a bigger size he said they were looking good. I also disagree with the bigger the boobs the hotter you look. I don't know who told you that but thats not true people don't like you because you have big boobs they like you for who you are. I think that you should be happy with what you got.

If you do this you would not want to go too big. Try them on make sure you still look proportionate. I understand how important body image is to people. I had lapband done. My boyfriend didn't mind my extra weight... but I think that this is something that if you do it you must do it for yourself. No one else! Also many people don't care about boob size. So realy think about if this is what you want to do for you. If it is not to make yourself feel better for yoruself and no one else then don't do it.

You should only do surgery FOR YOU.
Do NOT do it for a guy.
A 36B looks HOT.
Your boyfriend obviously loves your boobs as is.
Don't change them.
