Windows media player for begginers and for pros:
1. Adobe Premiere (Last Editions)
2. Pinacle Studious (Last Editions)

I have always found Magix to work best. There are a lot of more hyped video tools but they are usually just hype and full of brand brainwashing like Adobe. Simpler is more effective in my opinion.

If u r a beginner first start with WINDOWS MEDIA MAKER..... if u are a professional then use ADOBE PREMIER
