im on juvinial probation in johnson county, but got arested in marion county. they relesed me to my parants and said ill get a letter in my mail. should i wait it out with marion county and see what happens with that or should i go ahead and tell my johnson county PO. o and btw im completly screwed if i get introuble again in johnson...like talkin serious time!

Since you were released to your parents, you must be a juvenile. And since you're on probation in Johnson County, you probably live in Johnson County.
You need to go over to Franklin ASAP and speak to your probation officer. If you wait until they find out, your PO will be po'd. I'd much rather that my clients tell me of any involvement that they might have before I get a police report with their names in it.
By not telling you're putting yourself at risk of having a pickup order (juvenile warrant) issued for you as soon as your PO finds out. You're going to find yourself over there on Hospital Road at the detention center, and then maybe Boy's School.
In Indiana, if a juvenile is arrested in a county other than the county where he or she lives, the probation office in the county where the offense occurred sends the police report to the probation department in the county where the juvenile lives. That county will handle the prosecution and probation for the offense. In other words, Marion County is going to send the police report to Johnson County Juvenile Probation. Johnson county is going to find out!

Well....you could try staying away from the law.
In your case it's better to tell your PO then for him to find out on his own. In most cases that will usually piss him off and any favor he had for you is gone.
Better to be upfront about it....then to regret it later.
