today im going to take a blood test, but i dont know if there is one special to know if im pregnant or one general that can tell me it at all

Are you going to specifically find out if you are pregnant? Or are you going for somethign else? Usually if a Doctor is testing your blood they test for all sorts of things but Im not sure if pregnancy is one. If you want to know if you're pregnant and they are testing for something else, just tell them that you'd like them to run a pregnancy test on your blood. If they are testing you because you think you might be pregnant, they know what they are doing.

You actually don't need a blood test to determine if you're pregnant. A pregnancy kit requires you to pee on the tester. After a minute or so it will indicate whether or not you're pregnant. The blood test will take a week or so to come back from the lab to the doctor's office. You can get the kit at a drug store, a supermarket, or any place where pharmaceuticals are sold.

You have to go to the doctors for a blood test. They will take the blood to a lab where they do the testing.

i'm pretty sure that pregnancy is one of the 1st things they test for on a blood test becuse the first thing my doctor told me after i had blood work done is ...'well the good news is your not pregnant...' and we weren't testing to see if i was so if you are they should discover it first thing.
