my hair grow back? I heard that shampoos such as Nioxin or Alterna restore may help. any others?

I've been a hair dresser for 15 years, and I have yet to see anything that works better than the Nioxin products. I just sent them to my Mother in Law as she is thinning due to radiation and other cancer meds. It may take a while to work, but it WILL work. Make sure you get the right formula for you...there are 3 I believe. Use ALL Nioxin products including shampoo, conditioner, treatment and styling products. This will give you the best results. Use them regularly, and you will be pleased with the amount of hair that comes back beautifully! It's worth the money and you use very little of it at a time, so it lasts a long time. Just follow the directions on the boxes and you will find it a nice pampering routine in addition to fabulous hair products!

the thing about shampoos that help hair grow back is that they make hair grow on more than just your head... because the shampoo may wash over your face as well, it may make you grow more facial hair... which would be fine if you're a man i suppose... taking vitamin B6 is supposed to help

The best thing too get is Pre Natel Vitamins, they sell them over the counter almost any where now. They help with everything.

heat products will make it worse, irons ect. there was a tonic you could get, it was in a clear bottle and the liquid was green, cant rem the name. A good healthy diet will help, water and fresh air. Have a head massage, or give yourself one, to stimulate your cells ?
