The first week I spend 150 because I am usually out of everything, like diapers, cleaning supplies, etc. The second week, it's 75, then it repeats. We are feeding five kids and a hubby and wife.. Shop the sales! If you can, stock up on meats when they go on sale! I spent $50 on steak when it went to .99 a pound, and this was two weeks ago.. We are still eating steak! And, it has really saved us on the grocery bill! Look at the different ads for the different stores. Even if you have to go from store to store, it will save you in the long run!

We spend about $100 a week to feed 4 people (2 adults and 2 little kids). We have to buy a lot more convenience foods than I usually would because I'm pregnant and on bedrest so I can't cook like I usually would. Hope that helps.

we have 3 people...me, my husband and our 6 year old, I typically spend between $100 - $130 each week, it really comes down to the dinners for that week, or if we've run out of the basics like...mayo, and ketchup, and mustard and spices, A1, peanut butter and Jelly, etc, those things can add up, when you have to buy them all at once, other than that its typically what I put above, as far as dinners go....if we decide to have steaks one night, and seafood another, thats usually the $130 range, but usually it falls around the $100 range
