im 19 but have bags under my eyes (not from tiredness) and a bit of dark underneth, how do u get rid of them?

What are they from, drugs/liver cancer?

lemon juice, dried tea bags and sleep.

Try Clinique All About Eyes under-eye cream. It's not permanent, but it works all day.

first of all----SLEEPP A LOT
otherwise just put a piece of cotton soaked in cucumber juice underneath both of your eyes
