Do you mean 150 minutes of exercise 4 times a week. This is high, but if you are young, fit, enjoy it and eat well it is not an issue.

20-30 minutes 3-4 times a week is sufficient.
As for the body sculpting...that would depend on how much weight you're using.

Depends on you. Are you feeling tired and worn out? Do you lack sleep, and are you not eating correctly? If you feel fine and do not have any problems then your body can handle this work out.
