Get a job with a company that does work for Double Glazing sales. Typically they will provide 'on the job training' (it's a semi-skilled task at best - in fact a lot of DIY'ers could do a better job than some of the cowboys in this business)

If you are interested in something more advanced I suggest a College Course in Carpentry
