I know that isn't true because the sacrament of Confirmation is administered in Catholic church throughout the world at the Easter Vigil (Saturday night).

Confirmation is not a sacrament. Baptism, the Lord's Supper (Eucharist), and Absolution are the 3 sacraments according to the Lutheran church.

And generally, youth are confirmed on Pentecost Sunday.

It isn't my sons were confirmed on the Easter Vigil. The Saturday before Easter.
