I wonder how they would allocate the $10,000 fine, if given. I would like to think that such will end up at a cause furthering the rights of animals.
Actually... I'd rather see a shorter prison term and a higher monetary penalty. Why should persons capable of existing within society have to have their lodgings be paid for by taxes?

I signed it. I think they should take all his privliages(sp) away from him to get any kind of animal. Someone else did something to a dog and the Judge told the guy he could not get an animal for a long time. I think it was like 5 years he could not get an animal. I hope the guy that threw the kitten in with a bunch of dogs should pay a huge fine.
