My brother is unemployed and just got outta jail. He doent live with me but just kinda drifts from each family members house. He has been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder( crazy) any way if I let him use my address so he can get Food stamps will I be in trouble. I do not receive any govt benefits.What is out there help wise for people like him?

No. You wont get into trouble. He is purely using your address as his place of residence. IF any trouble were to come to your house, you can tell the truth, as can your family.

no you wont get in trouble just if anybody comes around tell them he is not there right now and he is off doing a job or going shopping what ever he is just using your address it is not serious . good luck .
