Aww.. im so sorry to hear that but the best thing to do is bring her to the vets. It's good that she is having a blood test. But when she comes home don't let her outside anymore. That's where she probably got sick. Also ask the vets to giv eher some fluids to get her back going. Because after so many days of not eating or drinking and sleeping they body runs out of fluids. So they don't want to get up. So if they give her some fluids she will maybe try to drink or eat. Also go and buy some can soft foods. She would probably rather eat the good stuff then hard food. And once she eats so much can food for 2 or 3 days let her start back on her old routine. Of going outside and so on. She probably got bit or something or maybe it is just old age but all those things will help her come back to her old self. Good luck, and thanks for bringing her to the vet good choice!

If she is sick, it is normal for her to stop eating so her body can try to heal itself. It's good that you are taking her to the vet to see if anything is wrong though. I actually read a chapter about that last night in the book I'm reading. I got it at my local library. It's a great book. Very interesting and informative.

She is getting up there in age. But with what you are saying it can be a number of problems. Try to prepare yourself for what ever and just hope for the best.
good luck and I hope everything will be ok

because she is so old, her kidneys may be shutting down. I'm very sorry that she is doing so poorly. I'm glad to hear the you are having the vet check her out.

Yeah, my cat is 16 and she's still alive.
she's lost weight and sleeps.
but it's ok.
i think it's quite normal, she's getting quite old.
just try and feed her in the morning, a bit at the afternoon and night. try wet food.
hope she's well.
