On my summons it states that Pternity will be judicially determined. Does that mean a paternity test or, because he signed an Acknowledement of Paterinty -he will be determined the father?

He wasn't dening our daughter until he went back to is wife. Now he won't take my calls and told me we- me and our daughter - are the worst mistake of his life. His wife told him that the dates don't add up and that I tried to trap him because I became pregnant after I found out he was married. Also I didn't realize I was pregnant unti halfway through my 4 month. She said that I wan't going to take from there kids ( they have 3) if tat thing isn't his. She should have kept her mouth shut and mind her own business.

Judicial means in court rather than administrative by the child support enforcement agency, I think. Since he signed papers there is probably no need for a paternity test, but I would suggest you have one done anyway to remove all doubts.
