Well you should start by wearing womens clothes. Then go on female hormones. Then have FFS. That should make you a shemale cuz you'll still have a penis.

I am intersexed, but for onet o become she male one must be willing to have breasts implants. take female hormones, begin dressing as a female full time and love having sex wth men. One can be bi-sexual and really have a great time. it's supposed to be teh best of both worlds. Look enough klike a oewman to make men drool but ot have that something extra to make some men drool and lots of women.

You'll need to get fake boobs and a trach operation (where your adams apple gets reduced by the doctor shaving it down.
But the hormones are very important. you might also get your testicles removed because the testosterone will always be there and will try to make you back into a guy.
Of course, You'll have to find the right doctor to help you.
