yes this happens to me..but not often...i think why ...because maybe the person resembles someone u know...or there is a connection between some people that we just cannot explain.
i dont know..thats just what i think.

Yes..Many times it happens. We either would have seen them quite some time back and totally forgotted about those people or some times people resemble other people whom we know closely........Yes...it happens many times.

well.... it hasnt havent happened to me but, sometimes i feel as if time is repeating itself.
