How can i get nice sparkiling eyes?

Also how can i get those black stuff around my eyes?
What kind of 'exercise' can i do to my eyes?

to get sparkling eyes drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day(ur body needs minerals lack of minerals can make ur eyes dull)
and to get rid of the "black stuff" sleep well and eat well(the dark circle that comes around ur eyes is due to lack of sleep)

um for the black stuff i think you mean eyeliner but use it well because you not want to look freaky and i think to get beautiful eyes drink lots of water and rest well and i hope your eyes sparkle which are beautiful eyes.

are you serious you cant exercise your eyes?? you can get colored contacts they work if you want to change the color. The black stuff that goes around your eyes is called eye liner it comes in many different colors.

Just stop goofing arund every girl u see, and rotate them finely and do remember to clean it with water
