Wind blows the curtains
Flopping wildly today
My homework is dust

I can read it to mean,

Wind blows in the curtain - the eternal existence of life keeps moving effecting my own life in my room
Flopping wildly today - It is moving more today meaning it has a bigger reason to exist and has found importance near me
My homework is dust - yet I know so little that all my knowledge (homework) will be forgotten in eternal time as the importance and knowldge of life through the wind blows away my thoughts today (as the paper turns to dust) - it shows that you have been over powered by nature stopping you understanding it but you have a need to know nature and nature may even be urging you to discover and understand it.

It shows your acceptance of your own wisdom and knowledge compared to the natural world is small and will be forgotten in the mass of life's wisdom.

It is humbly wise to know your own limitations of wisdom and knowledge; a nice poem and this shows you have a deep insight into greater things if you pursue the goal of wisdom, truth and knowledge. Good poem and good luck with your future writings.

Well, if one lets imagination run wildly in view of your own stated idea, the -homework- may refer to some vital important documents or some loose papers on some table life-insurance dossier. Whatever it is the documents are scattered today at this moment scattered all over the confined space because there is a strong wind blowing in through the window/door wildly flopping everything on its path as the curtains flap and whiz by to let it pass. Hence, either the docs - homework - has something to do with vitality or the speaker feels their life endangered by this gale of wind which may be the harbinger of a life-threatening tornado or simply the poet is enjoying life's little pleasant moments after a sumptuous a-la-carte playing with words and forcing YA folk to reflect about the meaninglessness of life! Amen

This is a poem. It reads like a haiku (although I think the second verse is supposed to be seven syllables)

I'm not exactly sure about the meaning.
I think it means either that the breeze is blowing so hard that your homework blew away with the dust. lol
OR
that it is such a nice breezy day that you are not going to do your homework because you want to enjoy being outside.

I cannot find a meaning about "life", but perhaps I am trying too hard right now.
Anyway, very nice poem.
Thanks for posting it.
