Living. Living for some one is difficult than dying for someone.
If you will pay attention, you will notice that in all the World famous love stories, lovers die for each-other.
Love stories are lived....every day....in day to day life. How 2 people still manage to greet each-other with the same enthu that they used to when staying apart? Do they still meet each-other every day as if it was their priority & that is what they have been waiting for. No taken for granted attitude. Remembering all the important dates & making other dates important. Treating the other person the way it used to be....always. To be always the pillar of emotional support.
It is not easy to live like this for someone or have someone who can live like this for you.

Dying would seem to be easier, as it does not take as long. To dedicate an entire lifeitme to someone requires a very serious committment - and a very long time.

Both are equally difficult. A person shouldn't strive to be anything to someone. It would imply that someone elses happiness and reason for living is directly related to another person. That causes dependency and nobody wants that kind of pressure. Living for yourself - now that is where it's at!

This is a difficult question to give an honest answer to. MY GREEDY side wants to say live for someone. BUT my compassionate side says die for someone. So I guess it comes down to what the EXACT circumstances are.
