i have a few ex boyfriends (each relationsihip only lasted 3mths max) that i dumped because i cheated on him, or just didn't love him enough to stay commited.
i don't keep in contact with them on a regular basis, and yet they call me every couple of years saying that they wanted to see if i am ready to love them yet. I keep saying no.
now, i am getting married in a few weeks, and i have had a number of ex's ask me to choose them instead of my fiance. swearing that i'd be better with them, because they love me more.
what i don't understand is why is this happening? i may be able to comprehend ONE man doing this over the last 10yrs, but not this many. i am finding the whole thing weird.
would this weird you out? how would you help the ex's come to terms with the fact that you are just simply never going to love them in return?
why do you think this is happening to me? how can i avoid it in the future?
sorry if i sound like a basket case, but i think it's strange altogether.

my fiance knows all about it and is constantly helping me find ways to deal with the men when they turn up or call. we are very open with eachother, and i have nothing to hide, so nothiing will "come out" and ruin anything... so... yeah, that's not my actual concern. I'm more worried about how to stop this from happening...

anyone would be aliitle stressed and frazzled, you have enough to think about right now, don't worry about what they want, worry about what you need right now. Your day is soon, (not there's) they should have spoken up earlier I suppose.

CONGRATULATION's, (by the way)

Hon, all players can expect this to happen to them eventually! There's an old saying "What goes around, comes around' And your getting your player day's back in full! I hope the man your marrying doesn't get to hear about it, or those day's will really haunt you! maybe spoil your marriage plans. Have a good day.

Yes it is weird, I'd tell them I don't love them anymore and never will and ask them to stop calling and marry my fiance i think for a sane person this is prove enough that you will never love them again and then change your mobile number

Hey what can be said...you just have a way w/ men....ha ha. Ask your man to tell them to hit the road. And hang up w/o saying anything.

stop taking their phone calls, tell them to stop phoning you, that is creepy that an ex would phone you after two years over a 3 month relationship. change your phone number, usually men get over women quicker than women, so maybe your leading them on by allowing them to contact you.

I'd tell them to get lost before they screw up your wedding.
