0.005cc/litre means 0.005 mls per litre.....if you multiply both by 1000 you get 5cc ( 5 mls ) per 1000 litres. So it's equivalent to 1cc ( 1ml) per 200 litres. It must be pretty powerful stuff if you only need to add 1ml per 200 litres.

this means a solution is diluted by 1/200th of a cc per litre.
if you were making 200 litres of orange squash you'd need only 1cc of orange concentrate to make that much squash
