I think this would be a good word to be used towards those that are too vain about their appearance.^_^
I swear that I heard this somewhere before, but I'm not sure where.

Makes me want to smack someone's face, especially the face of the one who says that. That way he will leran that I don't have only a pretty face, as I have also a pretty and strong hand marked several times on him/her.

I think its trying to tell that ur just another nice wrapping, but yet dirty(bad) inside.. Kinda like an indirect way to discriminate you? Not quite sure but thats what i think..

I would not consider it a compliment or really an insult. People who generally say stuff like that are at a loss for better words.
