You need to understand what is being asked. Math isn't that difficult.

Prime numbers defined: only multiple is that number and 1 (if any other multiples apply, the number is not prime.)

Sixteen less (minus) than forty - simple subtraction

Rounding numbers: using 5 as the median, round down if less than 5, round up if greater than 5
