All these life stories turned into movie's (Johnny Cash, Ray Charles) there good, but not that exciting. Now how about the best Mafia Boss there was. Take the book he wrote before he died The Last Testament of Lucky Luciano (which he said was not to be published til 10 years after his death) By Martin A. Gosch & Richard Hammer. We ain't had a good mafia film for ages. And all the films I have seen on Lucky have nothing to do with fact!

He may have been 'scum' from the street, but he never killed an 'innocent' person in his life time. He ended up in the 'can' because he was set up on drug charge's. Why go in to detail about who you had killed and then lie about drugs... I live in the real world love, but if I took it at serious as you seem to conrange I think i'd shoot myself. Live alittle, and lighting up!

I'd watch it. I read that book years ago and it was a solid read, if you take into consideration what's true and what's not. I think he's an interesting character - he wielded more power than any gangster in history for a time, and all at a young age (27).

A movie based on Luciano would be great.
I only saw one movie that had a character based on Lucky Luciano. I think the film was called (gangsters.) It was all wrong form the storyline to the actors who played the roles.
The actors where too young to play the roles, the story line didn't make any sense.
If they can make a film about Frank Hill
(Goodfellas) they can sure make a movie about Luciano.

Why glamourise the live of a no good mobster?

What about the innocent victims of mob violance.

If Lucky was so Lucky how come he ended up in the can??

Johnny Cash & Ray Charles were entertainers, not murdering street scum, you want to grow up and live in the real world.

You think Lucky's side of the story is true
