Indian law is permitting this and such secretaries also are getting respect in society. Why secretaries, even other females are doing this. Some small screen celebrities too are seen in this catagory.
In this matter the aggrieved wives are left with no remedy or financial and emotional support. Even society ridicules them for not being able to keep their husbands in their command!
Indian law gives right to a husband to sue a man who entices away his wife. In fact men never use this right as they are earning and can afford another wife for their kids if their wife runs away.
But Indian law does not allow a wife to sue the female who entices away her husband. In fact she needs this remedy as most of the Indian wives are housewives. They have no money of their own. If a husband walks away with other female, these females are left with no house, no money and liability of children to be looked after.
This question is purely in social interest. We want you to be aware & vote for justice

Your laws should be changed. You need women's liberation.
Before women's liberation, the women in the USA didn't have any rights either. They do now, just as many as men, equal.
In the state of California,USA in divorce court the woman gets 50 percent of everything he owns, even if she is the adulterer and leaves him.
She will get the children if she is of sound mind and a good mother. She also gets child support and alimony. Personally I don't think this is always fair. Especially if she is the cheater.

This sucks i hate the fact that these women cant get their own dag on man and that they need to entice/seduce married men. In return it is the mans job to stay interested in his wife. women are like switches it is a mans resposibility to turn that switch on in a marriage and keep it on.

i think it was decided based on majority of indian women who were misused by their in laws by dowry and find new girl for son, if you live normally this does not arise " why such a law shall be imposed on me"?

that is rediculous, and any man who loves his wife and family would not do that, I dont care if the LAW says it is okay or not, because law is not god or morality...
