Michael fell in love with a British person named Rita (played by Charlize Theron) he met in Wee Britain (kind of like Chinatown, except British). George soon told Michael that the Brits tried to set him up, and that they would try and come after the family. Later someone named Mr. F tried to be a mole and figure out some secrets of the family, and Michael thought it was Rita because she was British and she had a bracelet that had MRF on it.

They found out that Mr. F was Tobias, who thought the CIA was just a talent agency looking to hire him as an actor, and thought that they wanted him to play an actual mole (the animal, complete with mole suit and all). So eventually Michael and Rita get engaged, but George Michael finds out that Rita is actually mentally disabled, and that the bracelet means just that (MRFmeans mentally retarded female), and he tells the family, but they find out that Rita's worth millions, so they hide the truth from Michael and try to make him go along with the wedding. Once Michael sees the family's accepting of Rita he knows somethings wrong and finds out her secret.

From this point on they focus their attention on an N. Bluth, because Michael found that there was an account in the payroll going to an N. Bluth that he didn't know about. He questions his parents about it, if there was a Nick or a Nellie in the family (which causes a lot of jokes about Tobias being a nellie). He also finds a Nellie in his father's old computer, and decides to meet her, thinking she might be his sister. Turns out that she's a prostitute, and she hired G.O.B. to be Franklin over the phone (threatening voice). Later Michael finds his birth certificate actually says Nichael, and he thinks that his parents are setting him up to take the fall and go to jail.

G.O.B. tries to take his act over to Iraq, where when he was trying to reinact some Biblical tricks, like the burning bush, the audience takes it in a different way, bring out an effigy of George Bush and begin to burn it. G.O.B. is then taken to jail and held there by the Americans for starting a riot. Michael and Buster go over to help him, and in the process decide to check out a few of the model homes that Hussein had built. In one they found all the Hussein look-a-likes, and a warhead. The CIA then comes in, saying that they held GOB so that they could track him and see where he goes, thinking he knew information, and when they led the CIA to the warhead the CIA had their case. But the CIA actually figure out that it's their own, after Buster takes a picture of it on his mobile phone and sent it to people. To keep the issue quiet the CIA drops all charges they had on George Bluth Sr.
