I am sure normal printer can do that. But you will have to buy a paper roller. Not sheet like A4 or B4 which we use. If your printer can have that attachment for rollers you can put roller.

Let me give you an easy example. It is same as what if you print on Toilet Paper? think how do you set on printer. You better consult with the computer shop and tell them your Printer's model number and they will surely tell you which size of paper or what you will be needing.

Let me know the model.

Most of the printers can't take long papers. If your printer limit is below 17", then you can try using "Tile" option to take prints in several sheets and glue it up to make the big one.

In print preferences where it says paper size hit custom and type in 17" for width
