I've noticed there are people who are not psychologically fit yet still pass this and get the job. I'm beginning to doubt the reliability of these tests.

Well I think you can just give the answer that you know the employer wants to hear, you just lie basically, but I suppose people can lie in an interview as well.

I can understand employers want to try and 'know' someone as much as possible before giving them the job, but I think you only really find out after a certain amount of time anyway.

They may not by psychologically fit but as long as they function in a job then i guess thats what the test wants.

It might not include other important factors in a job like social coherence, compatibility, cooperation, etc.
