what would be their ideal dress size? 32? 34? 36? What would be considered fat?

If they are 5'7" they are 170.18cm. Try looking up an online BMI indicator for ideal weight ranges, and add 15% because they always err on the thin side (most are operated by diet companies, or others with a vested interest in people being too thin).

I'm 5'5''. A little bit chubby but still in shape.

I wear 32 to 33.

Wear something that does not fit you too much. That would create an illusion of a bigger, well-toned body.

calculate the person's BMI (body mass index). it's weight (kg)/(Height X Height)(m). but the most important thing is that the person is toned, coz having a healthy BMI doesn't necessarily mean that the person isn't fat.
